Our modern art studio will produce original artwork for your products in preparation for our plate making service. We offer the highest quality and a fast turn around.

Servicing/Repairs/Spares

Our full time service engineer is ready to service or repair your pad or screen print machines. This can be arranged by a call out service or by an annual maintenance contract. Keep your machines running at maximum efficiency for higher productivity. Please fill out the attached form for details and prices. Training

Our very experienced technicians are available to train your staff in pad and screen printing and ensure your staff are up to date with the latest in pad and screen technology. This covers inks (solvent based and U.V.) plus pad selection, fixtures, photopolymer plates, machine setting and troubleshooting.

Fixtures/Jigs

To ensure the best possible output and quality printing, our fixtures are designed to hold the product firmly, yet allow for easy loading and unloading. For some applications we can include vacuum, rotation, tilting and sliding features where the product and print requirement requires.

Colour Matching

As well as supplying the Coates Inks C-Mix system, which enables you to easily match your own special shades from 12 basic colours, we provide an in-house colour matching service using the Coates inks C-Mix Comp computerised colour matching machine. We provide customers with a 100gr sample for approval before producing the matched inks in one litre tins.

We match to Pantone, DIC, NCS, RAL as well as your product samples.

Consumables

To aid your printing and keep the process efficient and clean, we have mixing cups, spatulas, protective gloves, doctor blades, squeezee bottles, ink removing/ hand protection cream and wipes. For screen printing we make screens and supply foil tape and squeegee rubber.
